LUDOC-15 is for updating the manual to recommend separate MGS for new filesystem configurations.

For IR we need to document a process to move an existing MGS from a shared MDS filesystem to a separate filesystem (this may already be done?). This can be done in the manual first, since it is not specific to IR.
