Description

LUDOC-15 is for updating the manual to recommend separate MGS for new filesystem configurations.

For IR we need to document a process to move an existing MGS from a shared MDS filesystem to a separate filesystem (this may already be done?). This can be done in the manual first, since it is not specific to IR.

Document IR user tuneables, what they mean, how they are expected to be used.

Document new IR recovery mechanisms.
