[LUDOC-248] Provide a warning that adding a client onto a MDS will prohibit recovery

Description

If a client is added to the MDS (not completely uncommon even in production file systems) it will prohibit recovery. The reason is that if the servers crash, they will take this single client with them. When the servers recover, they will observe that a client (that used to be running on the MDS) is missing and evict all the clients.
