[LUDOC-253] Routerstat output needs correction

Description

The manual entry for routerstat, section 37.17, needs to be expanded to include the units for the output found under the "Options" section.

Also, the "Description" for Options S, R, F, D are reversed. The description for each is _count/_length, whereas it should be _length/_count.

Adding sample output might be helpful.
