Rename changelogs are outdated

    Description

      In current Lustre releases, Changelog record types for Rename operations are no more RENFM, RENTO but only RENME.

      I think documentation should be updated, with information for old style and new style record and corresponding Lustre version.

          We need to include what "j=", "s=", and "sp=" mean for the rename change log entry.

          From a recent test run, we see the following in changelog for the 'move' command:

          9 08RENME 17:33:50.429642403 2017.08.18 0x0 t=[0:0x0:0x0] j=mv.0 p=[0x200003ab2:0x898:0x0] zach s=[0x200003ab2:0x89a:0x0] sp=[0x200003ab2:0x899:0x0] zachy
