[LUDOC-26] Wrong quota configuration information

Description

In the manual at many places one can find information, that to enable quota you need to invoke mkfs.lustre --param mdt.quota_type=ug or appropriate tunefs.lustre command. AFAIK this is wrong, as the parameter name is now mdd.quota_type instead of mdt.quota_type. The 'mdd' version is not documented anywhere, so for a quota begginer it's impossible to enable it correctly.

Yes, the manual still mentions mdt.quota_type, while it is really mdd.quota_type with lustre 2.x.
