[LUDOC-262] In the PDF output, some section titles are not printed

Description

In the PDF output, all the section titles with a 'condition' attribute are not printed. (See section 3.2.2)

To resolve this problem I use the attached "customstyle_fo.xsl" file.
I tried:

• to resolve this bug;
• to change the style of text highlighting in a way similar to html version and fix the bug LUDOC-243 that continues to be present in 28.4.1.1.3 or 33.4;
• to add the automatic line wrapping in monospace.verbatim environment (partially solving the bug-60).
