Mark utilities removed in b5a7260 as deprecated, or completely remove reference

    Description

      As part of LU-2675, in commit b5a7260ae8f96c3ff9a9948dacc4f17a46943d00 some unused utilities were removed:

      "Remove the unused lnet utilities: debugctl and ptlctl.
      Remove the unused lustre utilities: lrun
      module_cleanup.sh, obdctl, and rmmod_all.sh."

          module_cleanup.sh, obdctl, and rmmod_all.sh."

          Not everything removed is mentioned in manual, but for example the section for lshowmount does not make mention that this utility does not exist for current releases. lstclient is also mentioned in the manual several places.
