[LUDOC-344] Out-dated Lustre build instructions

Hi,
I'm compiling Lustre 2.8 for CentOS 7.2 lastest kernel.

And found that the instructions from "Walk-thru- Build Lustre MASTER on RHEL 6.4/CentOS 6.4 from Whamcloud git" are not applicable to newer kernels. In particular, the following steps fail:

1. make include/asm
2. make include/linux/version.h
3. make SUBDIRS=scripts
4. make include/linux/utsrelease.h

with "No rule to make target" error.

What is the latest information for building Lustre from source?
