Looking at https://build.whamcloud.com/job/lustre-manual/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/lustre_manual.html, http://doc.lustre.org/lustre_manual.xhtml, and http://doc.lustre.org/lustre_manual.pdf each has the title "Lustre* Software Release 2.x". Buried somewhere after the TOC I see
Revision History Revision 0 Built on 10�August�2018�17:56:52ZContinuous build of Manual.
So it took a while to hard to know if I was looking at an uptodate version of the manual.
The build date info shold be moved up to be just after the title. And we should try to tell the reader exactly which versions of Lustre the manual is currently lying about.
