readcache max file size moved in 2.12.x and newer

    Description

      As described in https://jira.whamcloud.com/browse/LU-12768, the readcache_max_filesize tunable has moved from obdfilter to osd-{ldiskfs,zfs}.  The manual must be updated to reflect this.

            I just got my test bed back and tried this out.

            lctl list_param *.OST000.readcache

            obdfilter.lustre-OST0000.readcache_max_filesize

            obdfilter.lustre-OST0002.readcache_max_filesize

            osd-ldiskfs.lustre-OST0000.readcache_max_filesize

            osd-ldiskfs.lustre-OST0002.readcache_max_filesize

            Now if you try obdfilter version it gives a warning not to use it anymore.
