Current state reads:
Since Lustre 2.13, the 'overstriping' feature is available, allowing more than stripe per OST. 

Propose changing to "more than one (1) stripe per OST."

FWIW, tried to make the change using Cygwin, however:
$ make check
xmllint --noout --xinclude --noent --relaxng ./index.xml
xmlRelaxNGParse: ./index.xml is empty
Relax-NG schema ./index.xml failed to compile
Usage : xmllint [options] XMLfiles ...
...
make: *** [Makefile:45: check] Error 5
$ ls -l index.xml
rw-rw-rw 1 brlee Domain Users 1692 Jul 22 09:01 index.xml

If reasonably simple to resolve the problem and contribute, it would be nice to know how.
