[LU-10964] client build fixes for armv7

Description

Currently, Lustre client build fails on armv7. However, the changes required to make build work are few and trivial.

Although there is no regular testing for armv7, most issues I've seen so far are about 64-bit division.

A patch will be uploaded shortly, build logs for Ubuntu Mate/armv7l will be attached to this ticket.
