We are seeing repeated messages

We are running 2.12.2 with
LU-11418 mdd: delete name if orphan doesn't exist

Could you explain the difference between review #36602 and review #38197? Both of them are for master branch.

Also, review #37570 was a b2_12 port based on patch set #13 of review #36602. Since #36602 is at patch set #27, is it time to update #37570?
