    Description

      Sometimes we need the ability to test with defined striping, especially -c 1 and set RACER_PROGS. Patch adds the ability to set file striping via RACER_FILE_STRIPECOUNT variable and the racer progs list via RACER_PROGS.

            In patch https://review.whamcloud.com/26576 "LU-11918 tests: modify file system layout in testing" it allows setting an arbitrary layout for the whole test session, rather than having to add a special case to every test script.
