    Description

      Make debs fails if /usr/src/lustre.tar.bz2 exists

      Add a check for 'make debs' to ensure /usr/src/lustre.tar.bz2 does not exist.

      If the file exist stop and warn the user that the build will fail and the file (/usr/src/lustre.tar.bz2) should be moved or removed.
