socklnd: ksocklnd-config needs to be able to handle IPv6 addresses

    Description

      The script used to set up linux routing for ksocklnd (ksockld-config) needs to be able to create rules and routes if IPv6 addresses are configured for use with LNet. Currently it is limited to dealing with IPv4 addresses only.
