Due to the special configuration of parallel-scale-nfs test suite, lustre fs is mounted at MDS, then exported as nfs share to all clients. In this case, the MDS is still at old version 2.15.5, so this test case fails. Skip this test case if MDS is at old version to fix it.

It is so similar to LU-18030 but LU-18030 is a client only bug and has been fixed in master.
