    Description

      In vvp_io_write_commit() if EDQUOT is hit 64k interop logic needs to be checked to determine if the I/O will hang.

      If the server supports unaligned DIO the same interop logic can be used from LUS-12175 / LU-17525 and this check can be skipped and the I/O may succeed.
