    Description

This issue was created by maloo for Chris Horn <chris.horn@hpe.com>

This issue relates to the following test suite run: https://testing.whamcloud.com/test_sets/6eb3e86a-5f9c-4c4a-a434-7b21d1b61882

test_107 failed with the following error:

Failed to add net tcp on if test1pg

      Test session details:
      clients: https://build.whamcloud.com/job/lustre-reviews/115643 - 4.18.0-553.58.1.el8_10.x86_64
      servers: https://build.whamcloud.com/job/lustre-reviews/115643 - 4.18.0-553.58.1.el8_lustre.x86_64

2e49bc7dd1 LU-18812 lnet: restrict IP addresses that socklnd listens on seems to cause test failures with ipv6

      looking at test_107:

00000400:00020000:0.0:1754666665.160317:0:63460:0:(lib-socket.c:317:lnet_sock_create()) Error trying to bind to 2001:db8:0:f101::1/7988: rc = -99

I can reproduce locally with master. If I revert LU-18812 then the test passes
