Similar to lfs-*.1 and lctl-*.8 man pages, the monolithic lnetctl.8 man page should be split into a separate page per sub-command. That allows a more complete description of the command, including full descriptions all of the options, usage and recommendations, and room for examples and links to other related (sub-)commands.
