test_27cg failed with the following error:

Has failed 8x in the past week of interop testing, which itself doesn't run very often.

The root cause needs to be investigated, since setstripe of a wide striped file itself shouldn't fail with a 2.16 server, so this seems like a real interop issue, and the test shouldn't just be skipped.
