[LU-2747] mdt2obd_dev() and mdt_obd_name() must be used in place of direct field access - Whamcloud Community JIRA

In multiple places, mdt->mdt_md_dev.md_lu_dev and obd_name are used instead of mdt2obd_dev(), mdt_obd_name().

I will propose a patch soon
