The sub-test test_102k failed with the following error:

dir setstripe failed

After upgrade from 1.8.9 to 2.4, adding new MDT, hit following error:

mkdir 0 for /mnt/lustre/d102k
error on ioctl 0x4008669a for '/mnt/lustre/d102k' (3): Invalid argument
