Description

Add support to lnet for a permitted_nids parameter which can be set similar to the root squash settings and restrict connections to external systems similar to TCP wrappers.

I will upload a patch when I finish making the changes to it for the 2.4 code. Currently it will only be implemented for ksocklnd and ko2iblnd.
