HSM-archived files are no more set DIRTY at eviction

    Description

      When the MDT evicts a client, it checks for still opened files, for this client. If one of those files was opened for write, and was archived, from a HSM point of view, we could have missed file modifications.

      LOD/OSP changes introduce a regression for this feature.
