Similar to LU-3389 (http://review.whamcloud.com/#/c/6448/) DCONFIG_COMMPAT_SLES_11_SP3 is needed in EXTRA_LNET_INCLUDE to build against OFED 3.5.

I'll be submitting a patch for this.
