With changelog enabled new plain llog is created after remount. So the previous plain llog stay half-full. It leads to undeleted catalog record(1 at bitmap and file) when the previous and next records are deleted. Later, when the the current catalog marker cross the zero, it could point to undeleted catalog record and bring error "no free catalog slots".
