Auster - move setstripe options to config variable.

      options for 

      lfs setstripe

      are hardcoded in function.sh and elsewhere. I'd like to move the options to config variables to allow more flexible testing. Will be submitting a series of patches.
      Since I've already submitted some changes for pools, will base other patches on the first one.
