The coordinator is initialized in mdt_handler.c
In mdt_init0() the functions mdt_hsm_cdt_init() and hsm_cdt_procfs_init() are called in that order.
In mdt_fini() the related cleanup functions: mdt_hsm_cdt_fini() and hsm_cdt_procfs_fini() are called in the same order.
