    Description

      Need to document the large_xattr option to tune2fs and mkfs.lustre.

      “tune2fs –O large_xattr <device>” is a valid command/argument.

      “--mkfsoptions='-O large_xattr' “ parameter to mkfs.lustre works.

          Use of large_attr is described in notes in section 5.3.3 and in section 16.2. Would be good to add an index entry for large_attr pointing to these two sections.
