Analyze Getattr Aggregation

      The basic idea here is to send multiple getattr requests in a single RPC, and appears to be related to bug 18526, although we want do this for both MDT and OST getattr requests. For now we're just looking for an analysis of the problem and perhaps a proposed high-level design.
